Services

  • Financing pages and on-site messaging

Explain your lender's payment options clearly on your website, so big-ticket callers arrive already understanding how paying works.

  • Search ads for financeable jobs

Put your financing message in front of people searching for repipes, sewer lines and water heater replacements, and track what it books.

  • Quote follow-up for big jobs

A consent-based text and email sequence that keeps a $6,000 quote alive while the homeowner thinks it over.

  • Financing program launch kit

Turn a newly signed lender program into scripts, quote sheets and staff habits, using only the lender's approved wording.

  • Financing funnel reporting

Know how many quotes mention financing, how many customers apply with the lender, and what that does to your close rate.

Services for plumbers who want their financing option to pull its weight

A homeowner who calls about a burst pipe will pay whatever the repair costs, because the water is on the floor. A homeowner who hears "your whole house needs repiping" or "the sewer lateral has collapsed" often goes quiet, asks for time, and never calls back. Plumber.Finance works on that quiet moment. We help plumbing companies across Canada market the customer-financing programs that licensed lenders offer, so the size of the invoice is no longer the reason a good quote dies.

What we do, and what we are not

We are a marketing and business consulting service for plumbing companies. We plan and run the website pages, ads, quote materials and follow-up that explain your financing option and bring in calls, texts and quote requests for larger jobs.

We are not a lender or a loan broker, and we are not a contractor. We never take a credit application, never see a customer's financial information, never quote a rate and never promise an approval. The lender you choose sets every term; we make sure your marketing describes the program accurately and in the lender's approved words.

The work is split into five services:

Where financing actually moves the needle

Financing matters most on planned, expensive work that the homeowner could postpone. It matters least on emergencies and small tickets. A useful way to sort your jobs:

Job type Typical decision Does a payment plan help?
Drain clearing, small leak repair Same day, paid on the spot Rarely
Water heater or tankless replacement Within days, often after one or two quotes Sometimes, especially when the unit fails in winter
Repiping, sewer lateral replacement, backwater protection Weeks, with a spouse or landlord involved Often, because the ticket is large and not urgent enough to force a decision
Bathroom and basement plumbing in renovations Weeks to months Often, if you advertise it before the homeowner sets a budget

If most of your revenue sits in the first row, financing is a small lever, and we will tell you so. If you sell a lot of the third row, the way you present payment options can matter as much as your price.

A worked example you can check

Suppose you quote 20 sewer or repipe jobs a month at an average of $8,000, and you close 6 of them. That is $48,000 in booked work. If clearer financing messaging lifts the close rate from 30% to 35%, you book one more job a month, worth $8,000, from the same quotes and the same ad spend.

Now subtract what the program costs you. Some lender programs charge the contractor a fee on each financed job, and your agreement sets the amount. If financing only pays off when a large share of customers use it, the arithmetic changes quickly. Our guide to the close-rate maths of offering financing walks through this with blanks you can fill in from your own books.

Honest advertising, summarised

Financing advertising in Canada sits under general misleading-advertising law and, for the credit itself, federal or provincial disclosure rules, depending on which kind of lender you partner with. We don't give legal advice. We do keep your ads within the lender's approved language and away from claims nobody can back up, such as "everyone approved". Our guide to advertising financing honestly in Canada summarises the main rules and links to the official sources.

Proof of the method, from our HVAC work

We don't have plumbing financing case studies to show you, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can show is results from our HVAC work, where the same disciplines (clear offer pages, tracked calls, steady follow-up) produced numbers that the clients publish. On the offer side, HVACDeal.ca logged 500+ leads and a 12:1 ROI; on the search side, CombiBoiler.ca reports 300% ROI and 300+ monthly leads. More on the results page.

When you're ready, call, text or email. You will reach a senior strategist, not a call centre, and the first conversation is free.

How it works

  1. Show us the program and the numbers

Bring your lender's program summary and approved marketing materials, plus your average ticket on big jobs and your current close rate. Those tell us where financing can help and where it can't.

  2. Get a plan built around the lender's rules

We map where the financing message belongs on your site, in your ads, on your quote sheet and in your follow-up, using only the wording your lender allows, with costs in writing.

  3. Talk it through with one person

No forms and no sales funnel. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.

Frequently asked questions

What is Plumber.Finance?

Plumber.Finance is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service for plumbing companies that offer customer financing. Ali Sedighi, MBA leads it from Vancouver, BC, as a brand of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group.

Do you lend money or arrange loans for my customers?

No. We are not a lender, a broker or a financial adviser. Your customers apply directly with the licensed lender whose program you have signed up for, and that lender alone decides approvals, rates and terms.

Do you do any plumbing work?

No. We have no trucks, no plumbers and no licence to do the work. We market and advise plumbing businesses, and we never compete with you for a job.

What does it cost?

Trades.Agency-family plans start at $1,999 per month, or $1,499 per month on annual billing, plus GST or HST at your province's rate. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice, and eligible plumbing businesses get a free 30-minute first consultation.

Can you tell me which lender to use?

We don't recommend or name lenders. Our guide to evaluating a financing program gives you the questions to ask any lender, so you can compare programs yourself and get proper advice where you need it.

Will offering financing definitely bring more booked jobs?

No one can promise that. Financing removes one objection, the size of the cheque, for some customers. We help you measure exactly how often it comes up and whether it changes your close rate.
